There’s Only One Way to Do It…That’s The Right Way.
Hi,
I’m Don Easterwood and I am uniquely postitioned to help you get your farm project off and running.
I started my career with a Finance degree from Texas, A&M. ( Go Aggies!) I spent many years in the banks of Houston, Dallas, and most recently Corpus Christi working with local farmers, ranchers, feed yards, and other agricultural interests. This background in finance gives me a distinct advantage in helping me to direct my customers to the best method of financing their purchase of grain storage facilities or major additions. I have several sources of financing for their projects and can assist them on how to best navigate the financing process. This is just another way that we deliver Superior service time after time!About Us

Taking Control Of The Market
On-farm storage is a win-win situation. You can keep the combines going during harvest. Even more importantly, you have the flexibility to move grain when you want, reaping the benefits of basis appreciation and market carry. Altogether, an on-farm storage system can hold up to 250,000 bushels.
You Can Combat The Harvest Lull
“You always have that harvest lull, but, if you can hold that grain for two or three months,” Stone said. “This year we are picking up 35 or 40 cents on corn. And when corn is $3, you need every penny you can get.”
He sold soybeans harvested in late October for 50 cents over the harvest price.
“It isn’t always a winning situation,” Stone said. “But a majority of the time it is.”
With that kind of cash, he said he can pay for his bins in just a few years.
Who Wants To Wait In line At The Local Elevator?
Tired of sitting in line at the local elevator? Are you tired of the harvest dumping and storage fees? Can you effectively capture seasonal prices or narrower basis improvements after harvest?
